According to social media comments, Swindon is shit because no one in the council does anything to improve it—they are all in it to personally enrich themselves.
According to social media comments, every time the council announces plans to regenerate or reorient the focus of council-owned buildings or areas, or publicises a small success, the town will fail because Swindon is shit and they are only in it to enrich themselves.
