My mum is WAY ahead of her time

Parents told to write bedtime tales. Mum wrote stories for us to read at bedtime (we weren’t so into storytelling as we got older), and although we didn’t keep ‘em (she coulda been JK Rowling before JK Rowling), I remember they were great fun.

I've noticed for a while that I tend to be 6-12 months ahead of trends, and given that there are some superficial similarities between this site and henick.net (my ooh-I'm-all-professional site) I gotta think that my foresight is still onstream.
