I’m so self-sacrificing

There’s nothing that I dislike more than a tomato-based sauce. I like tomatoes, but there’s something yucky about it in a sauce on pasta. I much prefer a white sauce, whether it’s cream- or cheese-based. Or olive oil.

Today I am eating a tomato and roasted vegetable pasta salad (don’t get me started on how much I detest capsicum and it’s normally the roasted vegetable nine times out of ten) because Neil is sick of this option and is going to enjoy the cheesey pasta salad that makes up the other half of our el-cheapo pasta salad box from Asda.
