		<description>For a moment there I thought this was something like the priority parking that some of the local malls have been selling -- that's right, ~selling~ -- to preferred customers.  And my heart immediately went out to the people who were being pushed out of those spaces.

But this is what we call the Handicapped/Disabled Parking spaces.  I have no pity for the woman either.</description>
