This weekend I…

• did the weekly shop
• called Ikea to check what we wanted was in stock, then went to Ikea to get what we wanted (and some things turned out to NOT be in stock — which is seriously annoying, since they operate a cash and carry only, we can’t order anything)
• computered (very nearly there with the new site design) while watching CSI, Law & Order: SVU, and Criminal Minds
• read some Binu and the Great Wall
• was woken by Neil clattering around when he got in (I think I had just fallen asleep)
• chased Neil into the bathroom when he started making those “I’m about to spew” noises (and stayed up until he came back in and fell asleep)
• computered (even more nearly there) while waiting for Neil to surface (then nagged him into getting up)
• had a snack and walked around Livingston Designer Outlet (amazingly bought nothing at Next)
• assembled a budget B&Q shelf (easy but required more brute strength than I have), assembled a light from Ikea, watched a wee bit of The Lord of the Rings, then some Smallville (Neil has now ordered a kitchen to be fitted!)
• ate some Chinese takeaway at 10.45pm (dinner was light)
