		<description>To be frank, things are just as bad in our countries, it's just less visible and we generally choose not to look for it because, hey, we're civilised, educated people living in a rich developed country. 

Yes, China does have hygiene problems, but anytime I was ill as a result of eating something in China it was after a meal at a pricey "western" restaurant.</description>
