CakePHP looks absolutely brilliant. It could be a way for me to learn some PHP programming (note to self: one might want to learn some PHP and mySQL first). But do I have enough hours in the day to teach myself a programming language that could greatly increase my employment prospects and myopia?

How to vote. This ballot uses a preferential system like the ones I saw in Australia.
It doesn’t look too complicated, as long as the voters take the time to learn enough about their prospective MSPs / councillors. Yes. I’m being too optimistic.
