How to vote in the 2007 Holyrood elections

God, I hope my name goes on the register in time!

How to vote. This ballot uses a preferential system like the ones I saw in Australia.

It doesn’t look too complicated, as long as the voters take the time to learn enough about their prospective MSPs / councillors. Yes. I’m being too optimistic.
