A great combination of conditions

Yesterday was a good day for me, exercise-wise. I waited till 2pm before I went to the gym, and went for a run at about 6.45pm. It took me less time to run (jog) 6km (44 minutes) than it normally did to run 5.6km (45 minutes). I attribute it to doing light exercise later in the day, it was cooler due to rain in the morning, and I’d had a great night’s sleep. The moment I started on my jog, I noticed that I was feeling better and going a smidge faster than I usually do.

I still sweat like a rapist, though.

And… my granddad the pop culture junkie: “No, I’m not going to Newton with you [he loves Newton Circus], I want go home and watch the results of Singapore Idol.”

You know, to sweat like a rapist, to sweat like a paedophile in a playground, to sweat like a blind lesbian in a fish shop…

Lucky your ink doesn’t run! - hahahaha

I have not heard any those expressions before! Does that mean I hang with the right or wrong crowd?
