Iwuchukwu Amara Tochi
There is a petition asking President Nathan for clemency in the case of Amara Tochi and Okele Nelson Malachy. They are awaiting execution for smuggling heroin. Story has it that Amara Tochi thought he was carrying African herbs, and Nelson Malachy was supposed to collect them from him and give him some money.
