		<description>Heh, Scotland looks like it is part of the UK on a map but talking to the "locals" might make you think English is a second language for them if you are not used to the accents and local idioms. I remember last year I was watching a racing show that covered World Rally and Formula 1. I could understand Michael Schumacher's English with his German accent better than Colin Mcrae's Scottish accent. :D</description>
