I would have thought that Hong Kong was a pretty tempting target, except that China is not a Christian country. And maybe that arabs in China would attract a lot of attention (unless they were dressed as maids or sex workers ;).
Singapore government should impose a very large FINE for terrorist attacks…it does for everything else…
Hong Kong seems like a natural target, doesn’t it?
I think execution or indefinite detention with no access to anyone may trump a fine on terrorism.
