- had takeaway barbecue at The Londoner (barbecue is my new favourite food)
- watched I ♥ Huckabees (weird)
- noticed that it was raining extremely hard
- wrote
- got rained on trying to get barbecue for dinner (failed, the nonstop rain kept everyone indoors)
- had a not so good beef, Guiness, and raisin (eh) pie at Javaromas for dinner
- noticed it was still raining
- had a quick hamburger lunch at the Cavalry Cafe
- started on a new sock doll (just some finishing touches needed before I release it on the world)
- had chicken curry Kapitan (some sort of Malaysian curry) at the Singapore restaurant
- had a Vegemite and cheese roll and hot chocolate at Javaromas

What is considered commonplace language to you sounds so wonderfully quaint and dainty to me. “Dustbin” and “takeway barbecue” and “reckon”. I love it.
