This weekend I…
- watched half a season of Desperate Housewives (I wanted to know what all the fuss is about — my mum loves the show)
- went to Havana for dinner and drinks (Havana has a new menu)
- went to Park Latin with Allison (ay, what a night)
- watched the rest of Desperate Housewives (so that was what all the fuss was about — I enjoyed it, but it wasn’t the best thing ever or anything)
- watched The Insider (now I think I’ve seen it on cable, I’d forgotten)
- watched Charlie (er, I bought the DVD because Luke Goss was the lead — it was okay, but I wasn’t exactly dazzled by his talent)
- watched The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (hmmm, that Wes Andersen sure is weird)
- had a very late lunch at Javaromas (smoked salmon focaccia — yum)
- watched Vanity Fair (it wasn’t what I expected at all)
- watched Ray (I enjoyed it, Jamie Foxx did an incredible impersonation, really)
- read some of The Road to Serfdom
