		<description>Terry: All herbal teas are non-caffeinated and fairly mild. I'm not a big fan of the fruity stuff, but I do like chamomile, peppermint, and other "flower" teas. I usually just try the different "Sleepy Time" teas and then try the loose-leaf stuff in the same flavor.

		<description>I stumbled across an old mint tea of some sort in my mothers cupboard a couple of years ago and it was fabulous. I was never able to find it in the store though. Maria, can you recommend something that is: easy to find, not too overpowering, and non-caffeine? </description>
