This weekend I…

  • worked
  • ate all you can eat Japanese at Tokyoto
  • cycled to the Exhibition Centre and back (and dropped in a couple of bike shops along he way)
  • had dinner at Havana (Jeff and I ordered the exact same thing and two different things landed on the table — no one said restaurants in China were consistent)
  • went a little nuts buying shirts at Everyday Online (factory seconds are beautiful things)
  • had mint tea at The House

  1. Have you ever had Moroccan mint tea? Not sure if you like sweet teas, but mmm! It most definitely rivals the standard peppermint tea.

  2. I stumbled across an old mint tea of some sort in my mothers cupboard a couple of years ago and it was fabulous. I was never able to find it in the store though. Maria, can you recommend something that is: easy to find, not too overpowering, and non-caffeine?

  3. There are times when I wish I could post snide comments about items on WhasUp!

Chinese iDOLT to win a plastic surgery? When are they going to start a national lottery to get peoples hopes up to become a millionaire?

  4. Terry: All herbal teas are non-caffeinated and fairly mild. I'm not a big fan of the fruity stuff, but I do like chamomile, peppermint, and other "flower" teas. I usually just try the different "Sleepy Time" teas and then try the loose-leaf stuff in the same flavor.

  5. Oh, and after reading some of the election coverage in the UK, I don't feel so bad about the our last election.
