		<description>A little off topic, but I was thinking that China passing the law outlawing Taiwan's independence is soley designed to get companies to stop investing in Taiwan and send the money straight to the mainland, because that is where it will all end up anyway. I think it may backfire and send a lot of the investment to India and Pakistan instead.</description>
