John Douglas sounded really effective when he was interviewing suspects. The Guantanamo Bay crew may be using psychiatrists while interrogating prisoners, but they really should be consulting with the FBI’s Behavioural Science Unit.

Its unfortunate that the 'walls' erected to prevent co-operation between military intel, cia and fbi personel have just recently been revisited. What you have here is not a failure to communicate, but a legislated barrier preventing such inter-departmenal communication. Such as it is.
