		<description>The prices for illegal poppy harvests are much better than cash crops, assuming effort is being made to encourage them to grow cash crops. Poppies need relatively less care to grow, and in some areas, you can get more harvests (and more money) than any other crops.</description>

Read as 'Those dammed American farmers are forcing us to grow opium poppies!' What a sad excuse, because of food aid to keep our children from starving, they can't wean themselves away from the drug trade the UK started in the area 150 years (200?) ago.  This is one of the few examples where jobs in an undeveloped country have been outsourced to the US. ;o)</description>
