Right now it has problems with Eastern European gangs and pickpocket gangs from the former soviet block. Interestingly enough, most of the groups that are being complained about are white, it isn't the Asians or the Arrican and Indian migrants that are seen as a problem, rather the illegals etc from the borders of the EU. When you look at it this way, it isn't racism or xenophobia, people are recognising that the country is attracting an undesirable element. There are many great imigrants to Britain and the culture has thrived because of it, just right now people are taking advantage of the country.
