Things you'll need

step 1Lay the hand towel / napkin flat on the table (or floor).
step 2Fold the hand towel in half (diagonally).
step 3With the pointy end up, fold the corners down. Be sure to pull hard as you fold, as the tension of the towel makes a big difference. Your towel should now look resemble a tall diamond shape (see inset).
step 4Fold the bottom corners of the towel upwards, until they are inline with the fold. These corners will be your bunny ears.
step 5Start rolling the towel tightly from the flat end on the bottom, until the bunny ears are barely visible, as shown.
step 6Pull the rolled ends back tightly until they meet at the back.
step 7Pull the long corner downwards and tuck it into the bottom of the rabbit (as shown), trapping and securing the rolled ends.
step 8Congratulations! You've got yourself a little bunny. Feel free to add facial features (soy sauce on a chopstick tends to work if you're at a Chinese restaurant) or props as you wish.
